is an independent and locally owned orthotics & prosthetics clinic. Bluebird was created by owner Jeffrey Sutherland, in 2001 and has successfully continued its growth over the past 6 years. They haves worked extensively with the pediatric population in San Diego county and through the various clinics in the Children's Hospital of San Diego.

Orthotics are defined as the application and manufacture of devices which support or correct human function. It is derived from the Greek root "ortho" which means "to straighten." Prosthetics are defined as "artificial limbs" or an artificial extension to replace a missing body part.
